    What should I focus on?

    I’m 14, 145lbs, 16% bf and ive been working out consistently since september. Should I bulk up muscle first before I try to lower my bf to around 8-10?

    Your 14 and unless you are severely overweight you don’t need to cut. Eat food and lift weights and spend the next years growing.

    Also don’t make multiple threads asking the same question...
