    Wink Need help! Experienced people please

    So, on Friday I tried joining my high school football team. My coach told me to start going to our weight room starting Monday.. but I’m clueless about weights etc I don’t know how much pounds to lift, or what kind of lifting I should do.. I’m 15 years old and about 105 pounds.

    There’s way too many kids at the weight room, also I only know him and he’s the head football coach idk if he’s busy or not? I don’t want to bother him, although I got some friends that I’ll go with.
