So, on Friday I tried joining my high school football team. My coach told me to start going to our weight room starting Monday.. but I’m clueless about weights etc I don’t know how much pounds to lift, or what kind of lifting I should do.. I’m 15 years old and about 105 pounds.

Very good, enjoy your stay. Use just the bar and learn technique. Practise the four main lifts before dedicating to a program.
So you're on the internet for good advice, here's some good advice: have a good laugh once in a while. And never tear your bicep!
