The milk wouldn't necessarily be a problem.
But how's the rest of your diet? How many fruits and vegetables do you eat? How much fiber do you get per day? What are your macros?Recommended science based fitness & nutrition information:

All depends on total colarie intake for the day.
100g of sugar from milk is just as bad/good from fruit.
Sugar is sugar.
Just spread it evenly across your meals to avoid weird insulin spikes & again, check your diet, make sure it’s well balanced. Fiber. Carbs (fast/slow). Protein. Fat. Water.Second by second, you lose the opportunity of becoming the person you want to be.

I love peanuts, but I'd worry more about salt levels than flavouring! If you can get unsalted that's good, watch your sodium levels.
I'm not sure the concerns on sugar in milk are clear in your post. There's more than one type of sugar. Fruit sugar (fructose) may not be as healthy as you imagine (scientific debate at the moment, conclusion is unclear). Glucose, sucrose, lactose aren't the same as each other.
You can't just say "sugar" like the lactose in milk is the same as glucose (e.g. in candy). Yes, reducing dietary sugars in general is a good thing but be more forgiving of lactose in your diet than say something else like glucose/fructose corn syrup.
Unless you have specific medical issues, the sugar content in drinking normal quantities of milk isn't a problem.
