Hello fellas,
This is my own personal log where I document my weightloss. I currently 171lbs at around 18-22 percent bodyfat (Been lifting for 1 year). I will be eating 1500 calories a day for the next 8 weeks in hopes to get to 10 percent bodyfat.
These are my lifts at the moment for my 3x5 working sets.
Bench Press 205x5
Deadlift 335x5
Squat 245x5
I am will be running ICF 5x5 3 days a week, and 1 extra day dedicated to bodybuilding accessories.
