    Talking Looking to put on serious mass

    Ive been looking around at different supplements for putting on mass but there are so many mixed opinions. I am wondering what you guys can reccomend. Im looking for something that is not a steroid, but is as close to it as possible while still being safe for my liver and body. Your oppinions would be greatly appreciated.

    Yea, I definitely dont want steroids. I want something safe, but that helps me put on the mass.

    Was thinking the same thing.

    OP, we can't stress enough how important a good diet is and lifting heavy/consistantly.
    You have to lift big, push yourself; and eat big as well.
    Getting your calories from food is always the best option and supplement when you need to.

    OP, the only way to gain weight/size is to eat in a caloric surplus diet.

    Once you get your food in order so that you are eating above your maintenance level and you sleep good I would recommend a stack I am having now. One supplement will not do the job but a mix of things such as my stack has really helped me gain muscle mass and great strength increase

    I am taking MT Celltech 1 scoop a day/ Beta Alanine 4g a day, Alpha Amino during workout/Xtend during cardio

    Make sure you take a good amount of protein before bed. Cottage cheese is the best, but if you are not a fan then Casein from ON is a great choice! That casein before bed coupled with a good 8 hour sleep does the wonders!

    You can probably eat more fish or chicken than beef. However, many gain size better with beef.
