Hey guys, I'm an intermediate weightlifter, I've gone from 150 lbs to 185 pounds in the past 18 months. Not really sure what my body fat percentage is as all the online calculators give me different answers. I'd like to be lean for summer but I'm not sure it's the best idea as I don't want to look like a total twig. Would also love to hear estimates of my BF%, I'm guessing around 20 but honestly I have no clue how accurate taht is. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks everyone !

You're in kind of intermediate tough spot there bud. It doesn't look like you have a whole lot of muscle mass and you are getting up there in BF % too, so you have to be careful there.
Honestly, I would cut, even though you will shrink some, obviously, but you will see some more definition and may even look better at a lighter weight with lower BF.
I would agree on that ~20%. I would cut to at least 12%, then slow bulk from there. I think it will motivate you to see some muscle shape and that will light the fire for a good slow bulk for you.
Remember man, you are very young still and building raw muscle takes time. Think long term here. You put on some good size and some of that is muscle so just keep your chin up, lift heavy and consistantly and it will come; consistancy is key.
