I'm 165 cm (height) and 69 kilos (weight)
I would like your opinion about my body that i already have. Is it looks good for a guy who loves gym? Do i need more mass to look better? Is it good body for a "fitness" category? What % body fat i have?

Going by the last pic I'd say you are around 10% and by the first pic I'd say 14%, but those are some pretty strange angles and lighting so really you should post up some more traditional pics showing your whole body to get an idea of general size, balance ad condition ... so front relaxed, FDB, BDB are all more helpful. Looking good though from what we can see. As I understand it, sprinters usually have a lot of power and strength work in their training so what is your usual training programme like now and what are your big lifts like?Last edited by fittofattofit; 02-23-2018 at 03:14 PM.

180kg is a great squat and you should be able for a much heavier deadlift with a bit of practice
Looking dense and solid and around 10-11% in that pic"Better to wear out than rust out!"
Squat 165kg/363lbs
Deadlift 190kg/418lbs
