Hi! I’ve been training in the gym for about 4 months and I decided I want to learn street workout skills(front lever,handstand etc) so I added it to my workout plan:Sunday-gym Monday -gym and Thursday- street workout. and repeat it for the rest of the week.
Now while I’m training my SW workout I feel so sore from the training in the gym and it’s so annoying because I’m not allowed to train my front lever for example because of the back training I did on the day before .
What do you suggest I can do to combine both?
