Hey guys I made this account after searching through the forums to find an answer unsuccessfully. My right shoulder has a indentation that feels as though it is between two muscles. The other side doesn't feel similar at all wto the touch. I don't find it tooo concerning but it makes my one shoulder look weird. Any training tips or clues as to what might have caused this? First image is the weird shoulder the second is the normal one. Please copy these links and remove the 69 from the http

Any help would be appreciated as I'm new to this.

That's tha A/C area (acromioclavicular (AC) joint)
I've had surgery there in my right and my left has a bump on it from where I had trauma there, no surgery and it healed with a lump of scar tissue. Your right shoulder looks like you may have a small lump starting there. Have you had an injury in that shoulder in the past?
Either way, if there is no pain, impingement or range of motion issues, just keep on pounding them.Last edited by smokinal; 02-22-2018 at 07:42 AM.
