    Rate My Workout

    Let me know anything i should add to my workouts, I'm 20 years old I weigh 185-ish pounds, my main goal is to build lean muscle. Thanks to anyone willing to help!

    Heya, this is wayyyyyyyyy too much if youre a natural beginner... Also, bro-splits are on the out-n-out nowadays due to science (not that they suck or anything)

    It also doesn't mention progression, resets, deloads, etc...

    You'd be better off following one of the programs listed here, even though they dont have a million exercises, they get serious results:
