    2 months gym - 1 month diet

So I´ve been going to the gym since the middle of december, and mid january I added in counting calories and eating low carb/fat. A friend of mine (who is a beast) is helping me train, I go 4 times a week at least. I´m not slacking either, doing heavy weights, and giving it my all. 10 min high intensity cardio to start as well.

    I started at 95kg, I´m 185cm. To my surprise, now i´m 98kg.

I have been eating at about 500/600 calorie deficit now for a month, am I missing something?

It´s really discouraging. Because for the first time I thought I am doing things right. No cheats no skipping gym, nada.

Yes, you need to hit your protein and fat daily minimums and get your tracking on point. Read the stickies for details.
