Maybe I’m just getting older but..
I’ve been working out for about 10 years now and for the past few months I have been feeling very sick after my workouts. Just extremely tired.. hard to eat.
I’ve been on c4 extreme, I’m thinking it may be because of this specific pre workout but I’m not sure. Anyone else crash hard core from this pre workout?
Could it be not enough water, diet issues?? I eat prettty healthy.
It’s just after every workout I crash so unbelievably hard...
