One shoulder Higher and Longer than the other?

So the past few months I’ve noticed my right shoulder is both shorter and higher, this is accompanied by an underdeveloped right pectoral muscle.

    Symptoms as follows:
    Shorter shoulder
    Higher shoulder
Pain/discomfort when retracting my scapulae together for stretching (in the right.
    Underdeveloped right pec
Poor posture (been fixing this and it is improving)
Right sided scapula muscular pain when wearing a heavy bag or long term standing.
    Better pec activation on left
On bench/cables my arm goes further back on left side
Thus limited drawback ability with right
General feeling of not having full mobility as I do my right...

    Previous injuries:

Torn carrialige in my right knee
Some ITBS issues in right knee (other side of knee but associated with my running)

    Currently tried:
    Improving my posture
    Exercises to activate serratus muscle
    A lot of fkin stretching!!!

What are your thoughts on what it is? It seems I’m unable to upload photos but I can send you the link

Oh and looking st the photos it seems I have a strange right leaning stance? It does seem when I look down my shoulders thorax and hips don’t “match up”

    Thanks
