Hi guys,
Little advice please. Not sure anyone will be on here because before people have been quite judgemental.
Since turning vegan I have lost 1.5 inches on my arms.
Is there any reason for this?
Am I doing something wrong? I haven't been training as much as before that may be the reason? I do a Labour intensive job and i have found it hard trying to get the huge amount of food in.
Thanks

I'm not surprised you're losing size on a vegan diet. Protein quality will be lower, less leucine.
Try getting 3 gram of leucine per meal as a vegan, quite hard. Maybe start supplementing leucine.
And yes dropping training volume is also likely to make you lose size.Recommended science based fitness & nutrition information:

Secretly eat steaks and eggs and just tell everyone you’re vegan?
Hemp seeds are complete protein and calorie dense (more expensive than decent steak though), chick peas are high in lucine. You will probably need to include calorie dense foods as it would be a lot of chewing to hit your calorie needs on tofu, soy burgers, and lettuce.
