Fixing to start a carb cycling diet Monday. My lowest day is 50G. What carbs do you guys eat during this day? Just protein and let the veggies be your carbs?
First off, what's your reasoning for carb-cycling? That dietary method doesn't provide improved weight loss vs any other diet, not to mention it makes dieting more complicated than it needs to be.
