How to get from 18.5% BF to 8% BF?

I am a Male, 26 years old 5’6” 170lbs at 18.5% BF (as per Dexa machine). I want to get to 8% body fat for this summer. How long would it take for me to get to this ? Has anyone been this low BF before ? How does it feel? Any supplements to help ?

I do 45 min weights abs 45 min HIIT stair master 5x a week. Use my fitness app to track calories.

I would adjust my goals to more realistic like 15% and then 12% and then 10% and then 8%. As your total weight drops, it's getting more difficult to drop a fat percentage unit. Less calories, minimal or no cheat meals, lot of cardio and patience. Good luck!

Consistent calorie deficit, hit minimum macros, lift. You can lose 1-1.5lbs per week. FYI single digit bodyfat isn't sustainable long term. You're probably better off aiming for 10-12%.

Getting to 8% would be useless if you have no base muscle to cut down to.
Don't know what you look like without pics OP, but you could end up looking like a concentration camp victim

I understand I have about 145 lbs lean muscle and the rest is fat. If I also understand I’ll lose some muscle through this journey but I am convinced that I want to see myself this lean.

Post a pic of your current condition that includes your legs.
