I've lost a load of weight hitting the diet and gym hard... I was left in a great stocky shape. I decided to lose extra fat and build muscle, looking great until my health turned and I was unintentionally losing weight. Eventually doctors sorted the issue but not before I'd lost a lot of gains. I now look skinny compared to what I was. No abs on show Now, no pecs. I've hit it back up, trying to bulk back up and doing good but finding my progress slow. From the side I look too slim, from the front I look ok but nothing to where I was. I must make up my lost ground. ... check my IG and see what I mean.
