So I posted a few days ago that I had a muscle imbalance, where my right arm is significantly stronger than my left. A lot of you suggested I try the Novice Fierce 5 program. Additionally, most were saying that it's completely okay to have a muscle imbalance, and as you progress in weightlifting, the imbalance will eventually balance out.
I have a question, however: When I get done doing arms for the day, I really feel it in my right arm. If I flex both arms, my right arm feels like it's been getting most of the exercise while my left doesn't feel the same. I'm doing the same amount of reps and am doing everything equally, but at the end of the day, my right arm, which is the stronger of the two, feels like it's getting stronger. Is this normal to happen?
Usually after workout B, from gripping the bar super hard on paused squats and ohp, and from holding weight on romanian deadlifts and pullups and the rope for cable crunches and dumbbells for curls, both forearms are pretty done for, but my right arm (dominant arm) is always a bit more pumped, usually can hardly move my wrist my forearms are that pumped, but I dont see it as an issue
