I’m 20 years old 5”7 and in the 150s. I’m not really fat I’m just skinny fat I look skinny in clothes and chubby without. I lift weights in my house, I have a bench press station and use dumbbells. My arms look very defined and bulked but my pecs and abdominal and flabby lol I gott little a cup titties. What’s my best way of losing weight I’ve always been a little fat my whole life my dad was the same way. My waist is a size 30 so I know I’m not like over weight or anything just need to get rid of some belly fat
