Cutting more often vs giving yourself time to get big/strong?

What do you guys think about doing 3 or 4 week cuts 3/4 times a year, instead of 6-10 week cuts twice a year?

I find that I'm able to max my strength and muscle gains on long bulks.

I don't like the higher bodyfat range and DYEL status that comes with it though, even though its those times I'm at peak strength.

Cutting more often is disruptive. But if I stay leaner year around, it feels nicer. But also like I'm slowing my own results.

Just curious if anyone else has thought about this and what you concluded.
