Hey guys
Starting a load on creatine mono for about 5 days 20-25g to reach saturation faster. After that Im training 4 days a week and the pre/post workout I take has creatine HCL, and I also have separate creatine monohydrate that im planning on taking my 5g a day on my non training days.
So my question is, is there anything wrong with loading these 5 days with mono, then on monday start taking creatine HCL on my pre/post and taking 5g of mono on my days off?
Or should I stick to HCL on rest days as well.
Also if I find that mono is screwing my stomach up taking it fasted in the mornings and I want to switch to HCL on days off as well, is there anything wrong with just literally switching at any time? and if so is it correct that the 5g of mono I would normally take would be = to 3g of HCL?

It will not make a world of difference if you reach saturation faster on a bulk. Creatine will help with pushing out an extra rep or two, not much else. And you’re more likely to get GI issues when you try to load which defeats its usage for many people. Take a few grams daily from either source

Studies show that loading saturates way faster than 5g a day, at that point youre looking at like 15-20 days from what I remember. So the question of “does loading saturate faster” has already been answered with a yes. My question isnt “should I load or not load” my question is the combination of creatines, can anyone out there answer my original question without answering a different question I didnt ask?
