It's definitely worth checking out. I've used KSM-66 many times at 600 mg (300 morning/300 night) and noticed many of the touted benefits. For anxiety relief, you might want to check out Sensoril as well. Here's a good breakdown of each

I regularly use ashwaganda and have noticed a boost in performance as well as an overall calming feeling

Made me feel weird too but discontinued noots/cholinergics and gave it another go and got a very different experience. I discontinued it again due to other reasons that not sure if were related, felt too much blood rushing down there lolOriginally Posted by poison
