    Smile New To the Forum 5'5 180 Lbs

    Hello To everyone I'm new to the forums.
    I have been lifting for 1 year and about 3 months now and these are my results please let me know what do you think.

    I honestly do not know how to flex but these are the results below Since i do not have 50 posts

    Squat:315LBS 4 Reps Max
    Deadlift:420lb 1 Rep Max
    Benchpress:270lb 4 reps Max

    At 5'5 180lbs I expected to see you looking pretty fat but you look great IMO ... dense and muscular and with definition. Good lifts and great progress for 15 months
