    Gaining Weight On Calori Deficit

    Hello
Im not sure why this is happening but ive gained 1,1 kilos in 2-3 days.. Im very strict when counting my calories. Ive lost 17kg in a pretty short period of time by eating between 400-800 per day (i know its unhealthy) without gaining weight like this. I dont workout at all and i havent changed my eating habits drasticly, i mostly eat fruits. Im 177cm (5.10) and my weight on sunday was 56,6kg(124,7lbs), but now (tuesday) im 57,7kg(127,2lbs). Does anyone know why/how this happends? Excuse my english, im swedish

are you tracking what you eat? do you know for a fact you are taking in 400-800cal per day? fruit is full of sugar, and if that's primarily what you're eating instead of a variety of foods, then you're putting a big strain on your organs. are you taking in plenty of water? what else do you eat?

Stop trying to lose weight that way, and maybe take a gander at the "nutritional" forum to see if there's a better way. if you aren't training you aren't going to tone up. your internal health is probably also in the toilet.

download a food tracker. if MyFitnessPal is available to you, get that one. plug in your stats, goals, and let it do the math for you. THEN, start eating properly and working out....either at a gym or at home. there's PLENTY of ways to do that, even on a budget.

idk if this will be my second reply but i think i did it wrong last time so ill rewrite it. I do track and weigh everything i eat. Fruit is just what makes me feel good to eat so ill probably not change that anytime soon. but my fruit intake shouldnt make me gain weight like this. I drink an ok amount of water, i should probably drink more tho.

There's no way that's accurate tracking....at 400-800 calories per day on MOSTLY fruit, you technically are eating almost nothing...that makes no sense. might be time to consult a medical professional...unknown weight fluctuations could be a sign of something more sinister, unless, again, you are doing something wrong on the tracking end.

here's a website I copied as a reference to what calories are, generally, found in fruits at their suggested servings.....
    http://www.dietbites.com/CalorieIndexFruit.html

even if it's not entirely accurate, it's probably damn close...

Likely water/glycogen fluctuations and not weight gain/loss.

I had a snarky reply loaded but I want to say, respectfully, you are very clearly exhibiting symptoms of disordered eating and I hope you get the help you need. There's a support group in the nutrition forum. We cannot help you in the supplements subforum.
