    Training at an rpe 10

    I am 16 years old and I have been going to the gym 3 times a week for a bit more than a year now.
    I have been always training with an rpe 10, and I almost always grind out the last rep. Is that healthy at my age?
    Does that damage my joints because of potential form mistakes in exercises like squats and deadlifts?
