    A Good 5x a week beginner Muscle Gain Program?

    The reason I want a 5x a week Program is because other than the gym, I don't do much. Would keep me active

    Lots of routines in the sticky posts... I’d run a 3 day such as Fierce 5 (popular here) and cardio on the off days if you have to go to gym 5 days...
