    Smile Are my shoulders wide or narrow?

    +Are my hips wide? What should I work on more than the rest? (Lats?, Deltoids?) Any tips/routine will be greatly appreciated

    I know i'm still fat, however; I was like 116kg on 10/17
    Now i'm 100kg
    Mostly I was doing cardio. So.. should I focus on building muscle right now or should I just focus on cardio first?

    What do you mean proper diet though? I have completely cut off sugar and fast food. Now every meal I eat are home-cooked by mum... (I'm asian so mostly rice) with nothing fatty mostly fish,lean pork and various veggies.

    Looks average, but its hard to tell if you haven't even started lifting/eating right yet! You are "skinnyfat" so start lifting right away and cut to around 15% bodyfat, then lean bulk.
