    Unhappy Why is my wrist and biceps like a damn females..

    I suffer from anxiety and major depressive disorder and when i came to the realization of my arms i locked my self away for a long time. I made this account specificaly for some help.. i dont know why i am this skinny and terrible looking... its been so long since i wear a t shirt in public maybe around 6 years.. always wearing sweaters and long sleeves hoodies... i am 5’9 and weigh somewhere in the range 140-150 LBS

    I have 6.5inch wrists. It just makes your upper arm look bigger.

    I second seeing a therapist or councilor.

    I am the same size as you for the most part and it sounds as if your just small framed as i am, you will never be a "huge" person, except it and work with what you have. Here are 2 pics of me at your size and you can see although I'm a smaller guy at 150 and was skinny my entire life, I don't look "horribly" skinny after 2 years of gym life and eating the best i can, I am still a work in progress.

    I might get negged again by some control freak for posting 'innaccurate' info but who cares. Roughly, if you measure your wrist in inches, your bicep should be 10 inches bigger when relaxed. However it sounds like you've got more to deal with in your life than your wrist and arm size
    with the right frame of mind you can achieve your goals
