My butt is quiet large right now but I want it to be bigger, however my butt is 100% fat so I am worried if I start to build my glute muscles the muscle will eat the fat (sorry I am new to this) and I will have a butt that is getting smaller not bigger.

muscle doesn't eat fat...although a lot of people term it like that.
When you lose body fat, your butt will shrink, just like your belly will (along with all other parts of your body that aren't bone/tendons/organs [although the fat surrounding your organs will shrink...which is very good!] )
As you train with weights and eat properly, your glutes will grow helping you to have the bigger butt you want.
So basically what you need to do is to eat less calories (lose weight), increase the % of your calories that come from protein (build muscle), and lift heavy (specifically squats, lunges, and hip thrusts).Last edited by VaughnTrue; 02-12-2018 at 01:09 PM.
I got no strings to hold me down
To make me fret or make me frown
I had strings, but now I'm free
I got no strings on me
