Nope. And the majority of individuals with PhD's in the realm of ex phys, sports nutrition, etc., aren't either. Yet the guidelines and science behind nutritional supplement use is based off of their research.

Direct application to skin..then I stand out in the mid-day sun until it dries...punch myself in the dck for each gram in the serving....my physique is swole AF........

srs, not srs.... but seriously tho, I do like some of the flavors out, and it's a nice alternative to stale a$$ gym fountain water....I COULD do Gatorade but, meh....

To op,

The vast majority of us believe taking in protein is more beneficial than supplementing with BCAA's. However some people, well TheFugitive, still believes in supplementing with additional BCAAS.

To each their own

However, the only BCAA product TheFugitive likes supplementing with,and one in which he believes truly works is MAN Sports ISO-amino.
They use a 2:1:1 ratio and come in mouthwatering candy flavors.

That's the only BCAA product he believes in in

That's it

"useless things" doesn't mean that everything is useless...I'm sure he has protein powder and some things that might actually accomplish something more than placebo.
