I know people say BCAAs are useless if your protein intake is enough or you're on a caloric surplus.
I've had a good experience with one tub of mine in terms of soreness.
Now the question is should I go for it? Since my diet is lacking sometimes so when it is, I can supplement it. What do you guys say?

OP, use them when they count> intra-workout and when your protein intake is suffering. I highly doubt anyone in this section consumes enough protein daily not to use BCAAs

You can try and re-create a thread like this one, or you can just go read it for yourself and decide: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showt...hp?t=171393771
But, personally, another vote for this ^^.

I'd save the $$ and just be consistent with your daily protein intake.
I would pick up a BCAA product if I was training fasted though.Myprotein's Official Bodybuilding.com Lead Representative ✔

So questioning silly statements with made up statistics is not thinking for myself? Further, interpreting data and using that is also not thinking for myself? Or is it just that anyone that doesn't agree with ridiculous N=1 experiments and comments based on made up statistics by you not thinking for themselves?
You're the one claiming that 90% of the people on this forum don't get "enough" protein. That would be for you to define.

Since we'll never actually get an answer from you, this thread is now about finding the best "Failboat" memes. I'll start....

Very much this^
The research speaks for itself. BCAAs are totally unnecessary, bordering useless. And if you aren't meeting your protein requirements...consume more protein. I was very confused by that statement lol.
