    You've got pretty good size and some definition but you seem to have some loose skin ... have you lost a lot of weight? The loose skin makes you look like you have more fat than you do ... I'd say higher than 15 and lower than 20 so at a a guess ~18%

    Thank you for your reply and estimate fittofattofit. Yes, i lost around 40kg/88 lbs over the last 3 years. Do you think i should cut further before bulking a little?

    Hard to say but if it were me I would eat at a slight defecit. Aim to lose like 2 lbs per month and continue to lift heavy.

    Go get a dexa or hydrostatic test. Don’t take what these people say. You actually look really lean but have a substantial amount of loose skin.
