Please do not reference the ridiculous Mono vs CEE study, which was funded by a large Mono manufacturer. ALL creatine turns into creatinine.

I never claimed to have a PhD btw, I'm not really sure where that came from. Maybe one day.
Link me to the specific study you're referring to so I know which one you mean - I haven't looked into the external funding of most of them.
But to summarize, while chemically/physiologically the idea may have seemed sound, the research ultimately shows that CEE is either as or less effective than CM in regards to altering body comp, increasing LBM, and increasing strength/power. Most research I've addressed concluded that differences were insignificant. Serum creatine levels were generally higher with CM, with serum creatinine being higher with CEE supplementation (though I've seen some variance here).
There is some research supporting it's use in increasing cognitive function however, specifically in order adults. This is something I haven't looked into as much.Last edited by Daemonium; 02-14-2018 at 07:21 PM.

That amount was definitely being met/exceeded. 0.075g/kg. It's not hard to compare the two, it's an easy research design.
Either way, it's pointless to spend more on a supplement that's shown to be as or less effective in the little research available compared to a supplement that's heavily researched and more effective.
