Romero may have s broken leg so he was taken to the hospital.
And the loser almost never does the post fight presser. I think Luke might be even less likely to do it given how salty (not to mention inarticulate) he is after a loss, or win for that matter.
I know he did it after the Bisping fight but maybe somebody told him not to do it again after getting verbally embarrassed lol.

I was on the Luke Rockhold bandwagon long before he was in the UFC. There was a time when he was a killer, and people still think of him as that guy, however unwarranted in recent fights.
But the truth is that he hasn't been the same since the Machida fight. That fight with Weidman was the first sense that I got that something was wrong there. Maybe it was USADA? Maybe he really had antibiotics that were screwing him up like he said, because he was slower, much less dynamic, and chinny than he had previously been. But if that's true, he was on one seriously long course of antibiotics, because he looked basically the same for the Bisping and Branch fights as he did for the Weidman fight.
With all that said, I thought he looked like the old Rockhold last night. Those kicks were coming at a ridiculous speed, particularly for a middleweight.
But sometimes you just get caught. MMA is one hell of an unpredictable thing.
