    hello everyone

    I am new here. I recently decided to begin my journey into weightlifting. Planning on doing Olympic lifts and building strength with the program Starting Strength. I found a really awesome gym near me which has coaches available anytime I want to go, so I can learn the proper form with some guidance. I hope to find a place to learn about physical fitness here.
