I'm currently debating on one of these two for my lady.
MuscleTech Platinum Multi Vitamin For Her
Did a google search and thread such on this one. Couldn't find any in-depth reviews or research. I love and trust this brand more then the latter, but I just want to get what's best.

Optimum Nutrition Opti-Women
This one is all over the place, and usually the main one suggested. I feel like it may be overrated though. Has good sources just like the former with even more in all categories. Seems like the obvious choice but it doesn't hurt to ask.

If anyone has had any experience with these or knows someone that does I'd love to her input.
Other than that if you have different suggestions please go ahead.

She saw the powdered version. I compared the two. Exact same formula, but the powdered version has greens. So pills for me and powdered for her. Less servings and more money but i completely understand why. She told me if it worked well she'd try the pill version next 😄 thank you everyone for you opinions. Much appreciated.
I'm also now going to follow COUNTRYMIKE and try myself the 2 pills 3 times a day.

My wife uses Opti-Women. Multis for women are usually formulated with iron. Ones for men don't usually have iron. That might be something to take into consideration.
