In. Currently shedding weight as fast as I can with a deadline of May 1st. Would love to add something extra into the mix as a boost. Currently my go-to diet food that is helping me keep my sanity is a giant bowl of scrambled eggs with salsa.

Love, Love, LOVE that this is a stimulant free fat burner. This is exactly what I am looking for with a fat burner as I am trying to limit my caffeine intake to only my pre-workout mix.
What are my favorite diet foods? I know this is the furthest answer from anything fun, but for me, it is frozen spinach. I go through a bag a day and mix it into both my pre-workout and post-workout meals. For both of those meals, I am consuming protein powders with dry oat bran, so when I mix the powder with the spinach, it is incredibly filling and keeps me satiated for a long period of time. And when I combine everything, I use just enough water to make it into somewhat of a frozen treat.

My favorite diet foods:
A big ol' protein shake with Almond Milk, Ice, and Strawberries - blend it up until it's whipped and airy!
Sort of like what people used to utilize and call "protein fluff"
Also, SPITZ - sunflower seeds are something I can utilize when I simply want something to snack on!
Beyond that, just so many greens!
I am huge fan of stimulant free fat burners!
Gives you an edge, and still allows me to take the Pre-Dub (:Hyper-Gro Log Thread - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=166103841

Totallllly in! Seems like a very unique ingredient breakdown. Stim free is a huge plus! I'm interested to see how these all work together!
I've been obsessed with long grain wild rice with turkey kielbasa and spinach!
So much so, that I decided to put it on my story last week :] ahaha

Going to be honest ive never actually looked into diet foods in the past as ive always been relatively lean. But my bulk is coming to an end, and i have gained some unwanted fat in a few places...so i think it might be time for me to finally diet down.
One meal i want to try out is Zucchini Noodles with Avocado Pesto & Shrimp
Spoiler!
Also, i have been very lucky with Muscletech promos lately, so if not chosen then i completely understand and am totally cool with it. I just thought this thread needed some more action"It is what it is"

What has always been a great diet food for me are liquid egg whites. Eggs always seem to fill me up more than any other food and I can use an entire carton of these for one meal and that will end up keeping me full for hours. I do like to mix in a few whole eggs with my whites, but in general, the low calories & high protein from the egg whites can be a life-saver!
