Is it just a meme?
How many of you can do 3 plates for 5?
I NEVER see someone squatting at my gym, and when they do it's with ****ty form.
Why do people ignore this exercise???

I haven't gone over 2 plates on any lift in quite awhile. Just no good reason too. I'm not powerlifting. 225 for reps is fine for anything in terms of natty recreational lifting.

That was 355lbsx4, I was 16 at the time.
I have a herniated disc atm but I'll be back. My max dropped dramatically so I'm building back up from 185lbs for 5x5.
