Na man. It's only one of the most recommended multi vitamins on the forums. But no one takes it. Definitely no one uses google or the forum search either to see about answering simple questions.

Def one of the top multi-vitamins on the market bro. Don't take them all at once. 2 breakfast, 2 lunch, 2 dinner or something so its not as overwhelming for you.

Since when is 6 tabs a day a lot? When considering all other health supplements being taken, my total tab/cap intake in the morning alone is something like 15-20.

It's funny when someone complains about having to take 6 pills in a span of 24 hours.

OP split the dosing up and take them through out the day. They are not hard to swallow.

Every fish oil capsule I have ever taken is larger. When I take the Orange Triad (3), fish oil (4), D3, curcumin, and ash all together with a meal it's usually two swigs to down them all without skipping a beat. Easy peasy. (is that how you spell that?)

I even used to sometimes take Animal Pak and Animal Omega and Animal Flex all in the same day. The insanity!

I'm half way through trying my first bottle of Orange Triad and thought I'd give some feedback. I have always just used a run-of-the-mill mens multi but with the rigors I put my body through, and getting older, thought it was time to try a real vitamin. After a lot of reading I decided on trying CL OT; glad I did. I didn't think a multi would be something I would "feel" but I gotta say I feel great. No, it isn't an immediate gratification type of supp like a PWO, but in general, I feel really good after a few weeks on it. The biggest positive to this product, and I almost don't believe it myself, is I had been having tendon pain in my bicep and in my tricep where I had to have it re-attached. One of the reasons I chose this product was the mention of ligament/tendon/joint support. I wasn't too hopeful but, and this is the God's honest truth, after the first week on it, I have had zero pain in my elbow. Still training just as hard, if not harder, and on a cut which would only lend itself to more injury.
I used the word "first" in my opening sentence because there will be a second, third and so on.
Just thought I'd throw this out there and possibly help someone else considering a high quality multi.
