    Guacomole

    170g steamed Broc****
    100g steamed Kale
    220g Avocardo (2 avocardos)
    Lime Juice (1 lime)
    100g White onion diced
    1 Red chilli finely chopped

    Steam the Kale and Broc****, blend it up with a dash of cider vinegar
    Mash in the avocardo, mix in the onion and then finally the lime juice & chilli
    Add some salt and pepper to taste

    Makes 650grams - Keep in fridge.

    I had it with Mexican eggs for Breakfast

    Just need to make Keto crisps to have a great snack and or a Keto Chilli con Carne both with full fat soured cream

    Portion size = 65g (loads)

    Calories = 49
    Carbs = 4.6/ NET Carb 2.2g
    Fat = 3.3g
    Protein = 1.1g

    Serve with full fat Soured Cream on the side of a (riceless) Chilli-con-Carne
