So, I'm a skinny dude with a stupid-fast metabolism, I always gain muscle over fat no matter what I eat. I've even tried to get fat on purpose just because I hate being skinny. I consume 2-5 beers about 1-3 times a week, 5 beers being the worst case scenario, and 3 times a week is the worst case scenario, sometimes I'm good about it and consume alcohol 0-1 times a week.
How badly should I worry about it?
Also, I never touch liqour.

You're skinny because of your "stupid fast metabolism" it's because you under-consume calories. Aka don't know how much you need to gain weight.
Outside of caloric value why do you think there's much difference between beer and liquor lol? Alcohol, in moderation, isn't too much of an issue. Especially during phases of weight gain.Psych & handcuffs

Many people say that they have a stupid fast metabolism, but when in reality, they're not consuming enough calories... That's the honest truth!
I remember when I was younger, I had a skinny ass brother who was outside all day long, from morning till night, 9am to 9pm, playing sports with his friends at the park.
He ate 2 big meals a day, everyone was like "Wow, how can you eat so much and be so skinny?!"
Guess what the reply was? I have a fast metabolism
Another friend, similar story. Loved playing Basketball all day long with his friends, ate a lot and complained that he can't put on weight.
"He had a fast metabolism"
Maybe they did have "faster metabolism than others" because of their activity level.
But the truth was, they were out all day long, constantly burning calories, doing HIIT cardio, moving their bodies, climbing trees, playing etc.
And ate "a lot" to feel full, but didn't eat enough to reach required calories to gain weight.
so tl;dr no you don't have a stupid fast metabolism, you're not consuming enough calories consistently.
Alcohol in general is probably not healthy for you, but if you want to consume it, who am I to tell you not to?
Beer, liquor, cocktails, they all have calories and if you wanna gain/lose weight, you should always take them into account.Instagram: @CidBone - Fitness Guidance and Tips. My experiences and version.

your alcohol intake isn't anything to worry about, just make sure you keep it at that. Never use it for anything else but socialising. You can easily become dependant, trust me. Eat more and if you find you still can't gain muscle, try eating good healthy food at night for a while and see how that goes..
with the right frame of mind you can achieve your goals

To be honest, my statement was just thrown out there. What I really meant to say was 'abusing' alcohol, but I was just too eager to hit reply, I apologize for that.
I've read about some health benefits and risks when consuming alcohol and I'm not here to prevent him, he's free to drink it.
Are there studies showing that consuming alcohol on a daily basis, for a longer period, proven to enhance your life?
If so, please I'd like to learn more about it.Instagram: @CidBone - Fitness Guidance and Tips. My experiences and version.
