what non-gym activities do you enjoy to keep busy/active on "rest" days? i race dirt bikes and ride more on my off days and i the winter i like to find time on my off days to work o bikes ad cars. i know not the typical body building things but they are things i find that relax me and help me to not think of pounding down food all day and stay on some sort of a healthy eating plan.

tell me how these products could help you shed some weight. this winter i had shoulder surgery and it was hard to keep weight off and i think by using your products it will help me to stay positive and have the energy to work harder and lose the 20 pounds i have put on sine that time. i sometimes need a little help staying motivated in the race season to eat healthy. i think by using beast it will keep me on a eating and supplement cycle that will help the weight come right off.

Well bros, i have some sad news. I don't know if you guys will receive your product or not. I was told that you should but I'm not sure why you don't have them yet.

The reason for this is Beast is changing the way it operates on the forums and has decided to go down to only one rep. Senior rep coolaiml will stay on as the Beast rep but unfortunately I am no longer part of the team.

Mike is a great guy and will continue to represent beast in a great way. I have really enjoyed my time with Beast and thank you everybody who has followed me and participated in my promos.

I'm sorry to hear that man. Thank you for letting us know. I know there are a lot of things that are changing here at bodybuilding.com right now. Hopefully things bounce back. Hopefully those samples come in too!

Eric (80benrichards) has done a great job for Beast and will be missed! I'm sure we will still see him on the forums though. I wish him all the best in his future endeavours and perhaps another smart company will pick him up
