I basically want to get into striking distance of competition shape by my 35th birthday so July. I am probably around 10-15lbs away and I wouldn't even be questioning my direction if I wasn't so stuck. Some back details:
In the last year I went from 355 down to 200. Now it really only took me 10 months and the last 2 months was just the last 10 lbs. In the month since I haven't been able to lose any weight at all.
Diet is super clean except for one cheat meal (1000 calories over daily) 1 day a week. I don't think that meal is making enough difference for me to be this stuck??? Has my metabolism just adjusted that much that in the next 6 months I need to spend a few bulking cleanly then go back at it??? or should I up the cardio (15-25 minutes after workouts 5 days a week currently) or eliminate the one cheat meal???

dragman, I remember those competition preparation groups training together with some high-end coach, nearly joined one of those myself at some point. Maybe you can find something like that? Getting into stage-ready shape is not for self-made loner anymore. Seriously, there is wealth of information and techniques to get into single digit BF level, hard to sort out what is BS and what actually works without someone who has done it before.

I don't like reducing calories because I'm an arse when I'm hungry!! I got down to what was probably sub 10% bodyfat (I say "probably" because I use the mirror as my guide) by just cutting out alcohol completely and increasing cardio. I was still eating around 2700 calories per day.
I think you have 2 choices, increase your energy expenditure, or decrease your calorie intake.
I'm a big believer in keeping it simple, unless of course you are 9% trying to get down to 6% for a show!!!!Instagram - @dazlittle123

Ok, the current plan - I am going to run 3 weeks my normal strict diet no cheat meals no extra anything no energy drinks only drink water. (basically eliminate all possible variables) if I don't feel I am losing anymore without increasing the cardio I am going to then start adding calories to my diet 200 extra a day for a few weeks and see what happens. patients is the answer I just don't have any LOL
