my daily meals look like this:
4:00 am coffee and then i workout shortly after.
6:00 am 2 fried eggs, oatmeal with powdered peanut butter and orange juice.
10:30 am greek yogurt with cheerios and a banana.
12:00 pm half chicken breast, spinach, carrots, and an apple.
2:00 pm 2 hard boiled eggs.
4:30 pm PB and jelly sandwich.
7:00 pm whatever the wife makes or orders for dinner.
throughout the day i consume about a gallon of water.
i have a very busy schedule having 2 kids and a full time job so my chosen meals and snacks are very convenient for me. been doing this for a while now, just didnt know if their were any effects of eating the same thing all the time. all comments appreciated.

Depends on what it is, i.e eating chkn & rice for every meal is probably going to leave you short on some micros over a longer term. It looks like you have a good variety of foods, and your dinner is varied so if it works for you it’s fine. IMO a good multi vitamin and mineral supplement can help fill in the gaps for micros.
I eat a lot of the same meals because I like them and they are convenient. I go in phases where I’ll start eating duffferent things and stick with them for awhile until I get bored with them. Lately a new favorite is fresh high fat salmon fillets, seasoned with dried garden herbs and baked @ 350 for about 25 min or until it flakes. It’s like eating a slab of buttery herbs. So good.

No
You should get variety not just for the sake of range of nutrients but for sanity too - compliance is important.
Also you should learn to be flexible so you can adapt to travelling, social eating situations etc. You don't need to eat at particular times of day either - no need to make a schedule.
Only constrain yourself with the things that actually matter
- total calorie intake
- total nutrient intake (macros and micros) + fiber and water
- you might consider spreading your protein intake out through the day but all other meals don't need to be neatly partitioned if it doesn't suit you

OP you will be fine. I do something very similar to that. During my work week (Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM) I eat basically the same thing at the same time each day. Then dinners I have whatever I want, weekends are much more flexable as well.
It works for me and I find it's a good balance between eating healthy and still living life. Balance is key!

It is totally fine to eat the same thing everyday, if the purpose is to reach desired body type.
I prefer do it like that, on my cut and it's been working everytime. I might switch it out after a month or so if I get bored of it.
However if its only for health reasons, it might be good to vary your diet, to get all the micros etc.Instagram: @CidBone - Fitness Guidance and Tips. My experiences and version.
