You do you're legs in the middle of the week? That's interesting. I wonder if their is really any benefit to when you do things. I don't think so. I just like legs the first of the week.
I was hitting everything up at night time for the longest time. Now that I got my significant other into it I'm doing it in the AM. I enjoy it so much better now. Just wish the place I went had a squat rack ๐ฃ

Well varied exercises today for me. my spider senses are cleansing so i could work on form more on deadlifts and then abs. Been very focused on shoulders, traps delts earlier in week etc and this last portion strength
