Initial Impressions: Wow! Orange Carnage taste just like an orange creamsicle. Taste great. It is a little bit thicker than water. Not super thick, but it is noticable. I'm not used to drinking calories intra-workout, so this is definitely new for me. I have had aminos during my workout but usually just do water now. I really like that it has some added citrulline in it for the pumps too.

I don't always do cardio, but today I was feelin pretty good. maybe from the increased energy from INTRA MD? Not sure to be honest, but I still love the taste and I find myself drinking more fluid than I normally would. What I mean is that I usually don't drink much water during my workout, but I'll drink that whole bottle during my workout, and I know hydration is an important factor for exercise.Married to user "mormonpickett"

Damn, 2 mile run, have not done that in... 3+ years? As in running of any sort.

Haha no way! When He was cutting for his last show though and He got down to 185-190 He was a pretty fast runner. I had a hard time keeping up.

Hey guys. Tried lifting today. Did legs. Nothin too crazy since I'm still not feeling super well, but still took the INTRA MD.
Just did some squats and leg press, then some low intensity bike. Really wasn't feelin it :/
Gonna drink tons of water and rest up this weekend so that hopefully I'm better by next week to really start goin hard again.
We just bought tickets to MAUI in the first week of march, so I really want to pick it up and get sexy for the beachMarried to user "mormonpickett"

Cardio Day!
Ran 4 miles today. Still took my INTRA MD
Love the supp guys. I have a hard time drinking enough fluid during my workouts, but since this taste so good, I usually go through a 36oz bottle during my workouts now.

Taste-10/10 Taste just like orange creamsicle to me. Love it. Easy to drink. I have a hard time drinking enough fluids during my workout, but since this tasted so good, I drank 32+oz of water during my workouts
Price-8/10 Little bit pricey. 30 servings for $45. If you take 2 scoops during a workout, that's an expensive intra workout drink. But at the same time, it's a hefty scoop with a lot of ingredients in it, and if you watch John Meadow's video on youtube, it's pretty convincing
Effects-unkown To be honest, I'm not sure this was a supplement that I could really "feel" (like you would a pre workout). One of the main sellers is increases recovery on this supplement, and I guess you could say that's true! I don't recall being deathly sore after my leg days like I usually am.
Overall: 9/10 Great product. Great tasting, Only reason I bumped it down a point was price. I would recommend this to a friend though, especially if taste is important (and to me it is very important)Married to user "mormonpickett"
