TODAY AT A GLANCE
Still feeling a bit sick, but I stopped taking medicine yesterday. It wasn't making enough difference, so I decided to just let the body fight it off. It looks like it's working.
Stuck in the house for the most part of the day. I found my stationary bike in the garage - I had forgotten we even had that - so I got A LOT of Cardio in today.
I love biking at the forest preserve in the summer. Doing stationary in the house or at the gym is not the same, but better than nothing.
I got a lot of exercise in today!

My eating window changes every day, according to how my schedule changes. When doing IF, I usually end up with two larger meals: one around 6PM and another around 10:30PM.
IF works really well for me, especially because of my hectic schedule. It also helps with having larger meals, because I can’t do the six-smaller-meals-a-day thing
