BF and weight didnt come down much at all. however I did have a cheat meal last week and also stopped with taking the fat burner. Plan is to start carb cycling this week and hopefully lean up a little more. Then the week following I will get back on the fat burner for my last 3 weeks.

2/24: 194.2 lbs, BF (calipers) 2.2%, BF (handheld) 9.8%
This was after 1 week of carb cycling and no fat burner. (going to run FB the last 3 weeks right into show day) Weights finally started moving again. Going keep everything the same with macros the next week. Just need to keep drying out!
Oh, and i also finally shaved my beard after about 1.5 years of having one. Defiantly a different look.

3/3: 192.0 lbs, BF (calipers) 1.6%, BF (handheld) 8.9%
Weight/BF def dropped pretty good this week. Coach had me get a Pizza in that night for a refeed. WAS amazing and made my veins pop out like crazy. Keeping diet and everything else the same this week, but adding back in my fat burner. Here is a few pics from this morning. This is just over 2 weeks out and on a my 2nd low day with no pump.

3/10: 190 lbs, BF (calipers) 1.45%, BF (handheld) 8.9%
Even after a pizza my weight / bf still came down. Carb cycling has def been rough on the low days. Less than 2 weeks away now tho! Keeping everything the same except im doing 3 high days at the start of this week to try and start filling out a little more. Here is a pic from my check in

3/17: 189.4 lbs, BF (calipers) 1.4%, BF (handheld) 8.4%
Small changes but had alot more food this week. Still feel like im getting a little more dialed in every day. Cant beleive its the final week already!
Abs have defiantly improved a lot. My plan for peak weak came from Layne Norton's new contest prep e-book. Basically keeping water, and sodium the same. Took the averages of my carb cycling macros to get these:
Days out---Protein Carbs Fats
8 to 10-----250--------165--------35
6 to 7------225--------236--------50
5-----------200--------589--------80
4-----------212.5------448.4------65
3-----------225--------306.8------50
2-----------237.5-----165.2 ------35
1-----------250-------165-472----35-65
Show Day-175--------531-------- 72.5
Cant wait to see how i look once i fill out on carbs. going to be a good week and looking forward to stepping on stage!--The hardest things in life are done the least, but provide the most

3 days out now. Starting to taper back on the carbs now. My body defiantly enjoyed it. Weight has also maintained right around 190 in the mornings. Thinking I will keep my carbs on the lower side for friday and then make sure i carb up hard the morning of the show. Here is a good leg shot from some posing practice.

Sorry for not getting these up sooner. Here are a few stage shots. Ended up getting 2nd place in both Classic and men's physique. Woke up show day at 188 lbs. Overall i just need to work on my proportions and getting a smaller waist while growing everywhere else. I do feel like i could have dried out a bit more too, but still happy with how i looked.
