    carbs on rest day?

    Hey guys, I am trying to bulk up.
    I am currently following a 5 day split programme, consuming 300-320g of carbs on working days. Bit confused how much carbs should I take on off days. Current weight 75kg.

    You can keep it the same or a bit less, up to you.

    Training every muscle only once per week isn't optimal. Fierce 5 Novice routine is a good program.

    Maybe 250-280 grams of carbs would be sufficient because even during the rest days you are still burning a lot due to recovery.

    When you're not working out, you can adjust your carbohydrate intake based on your goals. If you're looking to bulk up, you can aim for around 200-250g of carbs on your off days.
