I want to thank Cheft and the rest of the Redcon 1 team for running this promo and allowing me the opportunity to try out Big Noise.
In the past I've never really been one to chase a pump but as time has gone on my training has changed (more on that in a moment) so obtaining a pump has been something that's been more rewarding for me.
The only standalone pump product I've ever ran was Hemavol it's in pill version. So I'm pretty excited to see what Big Noise can do, especially seeing as it has some nootropic ingredients on top of the pump ingredients.
Here is a brief break down on my training, nutrition and supplementation.
Currently I'm running Jonnie Candito's 6 week strength program. It's focus is on strength and building up my bench, squat and deadlift. With that I have a mix of hypertrophy work as well to not neglect that aspect.
I've grown to really love hypertrophy work/bodybuilding type training. As I mentioned above, I was never one for a pump but as time went on and my training changed, chasing a pump and obtaining one have been something I enjoy.
In regards to my nutrition I've been on a cut since June 2017. I started at 230lbs and now currently have been floating around 185lbs (weighed in this morning at 183.4lbs.)
My calories dropped slightly for this week and I may think about reverse dieting here soon. My strength has dropped unfortunately and this was to be expected but I started out with a goal weight and body composition in mind. Thus far I think I'm obtaining that. I'll include some pics so you guys can see where I started from and where I'm currently at.
This first pic is the start of my cut (pic on the right) then the pic on the left was a couple months into things.
This is where I'm currently at and just happens to be after my training session last night with Big Noise (I'll talk about that in a moment.)
So sorry for the long nutrition part of this but I feel I've really made a lot of progress from a numbers stand point and body composition stand point. I had a goal of getting to 180lbs then reverse dieting back up slowly, then transitioning into a lean bulk.
I'll probably stick to that plan as I don't like changing plans or goals when I'm so close to that.
In regards to supplements I'm keeping it pretty simple. My staples are as follows.
Creatine, protein powder, multi vitamin, vitamin D-3 and a preworkout. So this is pretty much simple and what I've been going with. For this log I'm going to try my best to not go with a stimmed pre workout so I can really see how Big Noise is working or not.
With that said there may just be those days where I need that boos of stims so I'll make sure to let you guys know if I do no or not.
That's a brief breakdown of currently what's going on with my training, nutrition and supplementation. Let's get into the log now with day 1.
I received my tub of Big Noise last night and it came at a perfect time. Yesterday was my first bench day for the week so I was pretty excited for that timing.
I decided to not use my normal preworkout and just went with 1 serving of Big Noise in 12oz of cold water.
The flavor I received was watermelon. Upon first opening the tub I got a good smell of the watermelon and it really smelled spot on to a watermelon.
The one scoop mixed good in 12oz of cold water with just a fork. Some residue was collecting at the bottom but with just a small shake of my shaker cup broke that all up.
The watermelon flavor tasted pretty damn good and was one of the better tasting watermelon supplements I've had. It really tasted fresh, crisp and almost natural like. I definitely enjoyed each drink of it. I took this serving at home and while driving to the gym, downing my last gulp before entering the gym.
Here was my training from last night and I'll comment on how things went.

Going into this training session was I was expecting a drop in energy due to not taking my normal pre workout that contains stimulants. To my surprise I felt f'n amazing in the gym. After getting done with my bench my chest and triceps felt full as fook. As I was doing my close grip bench my triceps just felt so full with a strong pump. After getting done with my close grip bench my triceps were just blown up.
I noticed my veins were pretty visible and I just felt "full" in my upper body. One of the bigger things I noticed was this sense of awareness and focus. What I mean by awareness was it just felt like I was so dialed in to the movement and muscle being worked that it just felt like I was in such unison to what was going on. The focus experienced was just laser like for me.
By the time I got to my bicep work my upper body was just blown up and feeling full. My mental clarity was strong through out my training. That same awareness and focus carried over after the gym and when I got home. I just felt calm, focused and aware is the best way I can explain it.
For day 1 I was really shocked with how well I performed with no stimmed pre and just Big Noise. This has me pretty excited for the rest of the log and hope it delivers like it did with day 1.

Thanks a lot DK. The neck tattoo are two big roses. The quarter sleeve on my left arm is unfinished. It's suppose to be an angel of death themed sleeve. I still have a lot of work to do on it.
IDK how long I'll last without stims bro lol. In for a forum group support lmao.My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441

Supplements taken: Big Noise Pre training, whey, multi, BCAA intra, Vitamin D3.
What's up everyone. Today was my second bench day for the week. I love when my training days fall on my days off from work. This allows me to just focus on training and not have to worry about rushing through to finish and get ready for work.
I had my one scoop of Big Noise about 20 minutes before driving to the gym. Again, I love the Watermelon flavor with this supplement. Maybe others that have the same flavor can chime in but it's spot on for me.
By the time I got done with my bench sets my chest felt a nice pump. When I was performing the dumbbell incline the pump was stronger in my chest and triceps. This feeling carried on through out the duration of my training where I just felt a good pump and fullness in my upper body.
Mental clarity was nice and I definitely felt a heightened sense of awareness and focus that's pretty cool for a non stim pre. Overall it was a real good training session and tomorrow is light squats and deadlifts.Last edited by Anthony21; 01-30-2018 at 07:53 AM.

It's really hard to follow the IIFYM approach when your calories are lower. Like you said, you can opt for a pop tart but that pop tart may be almost half your carb intake for the day. So you need to learn how to make better food choices cause that pop tart isn't going to be too satiating which will lead to more hunger cravings.
I appreciate it man.
Only problem is money, there is never enough money lol.
It's definitely a lot harder when on a cut with poverty macros. I find ways to fit in ice cream if I save my carbs towards the end of the evening to help those sweet cravings I tend to get.

Day 3 of training and man did it feel good. I had my 1 serving of Big Noise prior to hitting the gym about 30 minutes after consuming a protein shake and banana for some pre training fuel.
My squats felt so f'n strong today. I decided to switch from my Adipower squat shoes to my Flat Converse shoes and I just feel much more better in flats for squatting then Olympic shoes.
I was really dialed in to my training this morning seeing as rep work with squats suck. With that said though each set of squats felt strong from a strength and technique perspective.
I didn't get much of a pump during squats but with the leg extensions I can feel a nice pump in my quads. I only rested 30 seconds in between leg extensions sets and that definitely helped with that pump feeling.
By the time I was done I had a nice fullness to my legs. My mental clarity was smooth in the gym and even outside the gym for a few good hours post training.
Thus far 2 days in I'm liking what I'm experiencing with Big Noise.Last edited by Anthony21; 01-30-2018 at 04:17 PM.

Today was the final day of the first week of training on the second cycle of the program I'm running.
Today called for a max rep at 185. My bench has always been chit so when you add reps to that it's double chit
I got to 8 reps and I just called it at that. I could of pushed for more but the reps would of been sloppy and I'm not about that life.
I was satisfied though with how the reps felt and looking forward to the rest of the training cycle for my bench.
The rest of the training session went great. I felt full and had a nice tricep and back pump going.
Mental clarity was on point again with just a serving of Big Noise. It's hard to describe but I just find myself more in tune with what I'm doing and the mind muscle connection has been improving.
Overall though it was a real great week of training and a great way to end the first week. Pumps were solid today and the mind muscle connection was solid.
Tomorrow is a rest day then I'm back at it for week 2. Hope all of you are doing good and killing it in the gym.My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441

What's up everyone. Yesterday was the start of week 2 on my training program.
I got off work at 3 and my wife told me she had a MRI appointment she had to be at by 7:10 PM. I left to the gym around 5:40 PM and started my training at 5:52 PM.
I had to be back before 7 so she can leave on time. So this was a training session where I just needed to hit my required movements and be done.
I had one scoop of Big Noise with a stimmed pre workout this training session. I wanted to get that boost in caffeine and stims for the training session cause I knew I had to really dial it in and smash this training session.
I know what to expect from the preworkout I take so I was able to distinguish between that and Big Noise. I took my serving of Big Noise afterwards on my way to the gym.
While I was driving to the gym I was telling myself "pleae let the squat rack be available, please." The gym I go to only has one squat rack and I was going at a time that was busy so my odds of it being available were slim.
Luckily when I go there it was available so I got right to work. I did little dynamic warm ups like I would normally and just started warming up under the bar.
I can tell I was in the zone as I was warming up cause I wasn't paying attention to anything else going on around me. I was just so dialed in on getting my training done and being in that zone.
My squat felt strong and amazing. My technique was dialed in and felt good. I took barely any rest in between sets. I think the longest rest times were 1.5 minutes in between my triples.
It was just one of those training sessions where things flew by and it felt like I barely stepped foot in the gym. By the time I was gone with squats I was pretty dead.
I didn't experience much of a pump yesterday just due to the fact of just hitting what needed to be trainined and left accessory work, aside from stiff legged deadlifts, out just for yesterday due to the time constraints.
After squats I just hit some stiff legged deadlifts and that was it. The major thing I took away from this training session was how dialed in I was. I know the caffeine helped out but it was a step above that and that's mainly due to the nootropics from Big Noise.
Today is bench and upper body accessory so I'm looking forward to a good training session and a good pump.My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441
